Where was the first pic taken? The one with Madwe ki roti? The joint seems to be pretty clean.I am originally from garbyang and do the trips via kathgodam quite regularly , so wanted to figure out the location of the food joint.

this was taken in a small place called Hill View restaurant. it is located in dhaulchinna. the pics with the dhan chidi birds were taken in didihat. keep watcching this space for more pics ...

Thanx: Dhaulachhina would be on the alternate route right from Almora to Pth right?( we normally do the Panuanaula/ dhauladevi/ Daniya / ghat etc.Would it be on the Almora _Dharchula road via Sheraghat? How is the condition of the road there? You must do Byans in your next trip.Its a must trip.

exactly right sir. That is on the almora sheraghat - thal - munsyari route. from thal, we take aanother road to didihat. shaulchinna will be about 50 kms ahead of almora. the road condition is decent.
i know of another short cut to dhaulchinna, through a kaccha raasta - it is from almora - dinapani - kaparkhan - binsar -- forest road to dhaulchinna.
can u give me the full list of places to visit in byans valley next time?
